“Patients do not just need reminders. Families need a system that confirms actions, detects risks, and coordinates next steps.”
My Health Node AI offers a unique blend of AI-powered intelligence and caregiver-first design, setting it apart from existing solutions. We analysed key competitors to identify our strategic advantages and market opportunities.
Existing tools reduce to reminders and record storage — they tell a family what to do, but never confirm whether it happened.
Intelligent, automated support that goes beyond simple reminders — comprehensive care coordination with actionable insights and alerts for patient and caregiver alike.
One core hypothesis, tested down three layers — behaviour, engagement, and revenue.
Core hypothesisIf I deliver automated medication tracking and closed-loop escalation when a medication is missed with greater than 95% accuracy to family caregivers of older adults, the caregiver is in a position to ensure medications are taken on time and act quickly when they are not, which improves adherence and prevents care gaps, which increases caregiver trust and engagement with My Health Node.
Caregivers who actively monitor medication adherence and receive at least one meaningful intervention opportunity during their first month are more likely to perceive ongoing value and convert to a paid subscription at the end of a 30-day free trial.
